CARE SECURITY SYSTEMS INC TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE
By “Opting In” to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from
Care Security Systems Inc, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS AS DETAILED BELOW.
This agreement is between you and Care Security Systems Inc or one of its affiliates.
All references to “Care Security Systems Inc,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to:

Definitions
“Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in,
signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.
“Text Message Service” includes any arrangement in which we send one or more messages to your
mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or successor technologies.
Consenting to Text Messaging
By consenting to receive text messages from us, you also agree to our
General Terms & Conditions
and
Privacy Policy,
incorporated herein by reference.
E-Sign Disclosure
By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP.
Care Security Systems Inc Text Message Service Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile
messages and respond to you. This may include sharing information with platform providers, phone companies,
and vendors who support message delivery. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or
affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose information when required to comply with laws, regulations, or legal requests or to protect our rights.
Costs of Text Messages
Care Security Systems Inc does not charge you for sending or receiving messages. However, message and data rates
may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
Frequency of Text Messages
This Text Messaging Service is used for conversational person-to-person communication between you and our employees.
You may receive an initial onboarding message, and the frequency of subsequent messages will vary depending on your
interactions and requests (e.g., replying HELP).
Opting Out of Text Messages
To stop receiving messages, reply with any of the following commands:
- STOP
- QUIT
- END
- REVOKE
- OPT OUT
- CANCEL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
Because communication is person-to-person, opt-outs apply only to the specific conversation thread and phone number.
After opting out, we may send a confirmation message.

Binding Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, and Severability
1. Agreement to Arbitrate
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these SMS Terms or the Text Message Service shall
be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its
Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.
2. Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with Care Security Systems Inc only on an individual basis. You may not participate
in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims
or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
3. Arbitration Procedures
Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in a mutually agreed location or by video conference.
Proceedings will be conducted in English.
4. Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual
property matters.
5. Severability
If any portion of this arbitration or class action waiver provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall
remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Survival
This arbitration agreement survives termination of the SMS service and your relationship with Care Security Systems Inc.
